GENERAL
1. This website is operated by Just Bath and Body. These Terms set forth the terms and conditions under which you may use our website and services as offered by us and relate to all website visits and transactions. This website offers visitors a selection of handmade bath and body products and home fragrance products. By accessing or using this website, you agree that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. In order to use our website and/ or receive our products, you must be of legal age and have the legal authority, right and freedom to enter into these Terms as a binding agreement. You are not allowed to use this website if doing so is prohibited under any law applicable to you. You are not permitted to use our website or any of our products for any illegal or unauthorised purposes.
3. When buying an item you agree that
i) you are responsible for reading the full item listing before making a commitment to buy it
ii) you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase an item when you complete the checkout process and we as a business have accepted your order. Should we not accept your order (or part of your order) for whatever reason, but have already received your payment, a full (or partial) refund will be issued.
4. The goods that we sell must be in conformity with the contract. It is our responsibility to supply you with goods that meet your consumer rights. CANCELLATIONS
5. Under The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 you have 14 days to cancel the contract starting the day after taking possession of the goods.
6. Should you wish to cancel your contract with us please ensure you notify us in writing as soon as possible. Should we receive your notification prior to despatch a full refund will be issued. Should we receive your notification after despatch, you may return any unwanted goods upon receipt of your order at your own expense. This should be done within 14 days of informing us of wishing to cancel your contract. We expect these returned goods to be in the same condition as when despatched to you i.e. unopened, unused and undamaged and as such a full refund will be issued to the original payment method. Should we find that upon receipt of the returned goods the value of them has been diminished by you we will deduct an amount to reflect the diminished value.
FAULTY/DAMAGED GOODS
7. Products which are damaged/ faulty and deemed unfit for purpose can be returned and either a full refund or a replacement product will be issued.
8. If a product arrives damaged and is deemed unfit for purpose you will be entitled to either a full refund or a replacement product. We ask that you notify us in writing as soon as possible upon receipt of the product and please attach photos of the damaged item(s) to the email. In cases of damaged or defective items we will either replace the product or offer a refund upon the prompt return of the damaged/defective item. We will be responsible for shipment costs associated with returning a faulty product and sending a replacement product We aim to process refunds within 14 days and we ask that your full co-operation is given in such circumstances in order to assist in dealing with matters quickly and efficiently. Refunds will always be issued to the original payment method.
PRICING
9. The prices we charge for our products are listed on the website and are inclusive of VAT. We reserve the right to change our prices for products displayed at any time, although any price changes implemented will not affect any orders that have already been placed and accepted by us.
10. Our prices do not include delivery charges. These will be added at the checkout.

11. We may, without prior notice, change the products/ services we offer; stop providing the products/ services we offer or features of the products/services we offer. We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend access to our products/ services without notice and liability for any reason, or for no reason.
12. We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend your access to the service without notice and liability for any reason, including if in our sole determination you violate any provision of these Terms or any applicable law or regulations. You may discontinue use and request to cancel your account at any time.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
13. The Service and all materials therein or transferred thereby, including, without limitation, software, images, text, graphics, logos, patents, trademarks, service marks, copyrights, photographs, audio, videos, music and all Intellectual Property Rights related thereto, are the exclusive property of Just Bath and Body. Except as explicitly provided herein, nothing in these Terms shall be deemed to create a license in or under any such Intellectual Property Rights, and you agree not to sell, license, rent, modify, distribute, copy, reproduce, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, publish, adapt, edit or create derivative works thereof.
14. It is your responsibility to ensure you use our website in a responsible manner.
15. It is our intention that all information on our website is accurate and we do all that we can to ensure this accuracy including information given to us by third parties such as suppliers. However if an error does occur we will seek to investigate it and rectify it as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee the reliability or accuracy of the information within the pages of our website that has been obtained from third parties.
16. It is your responsibility to use our products and services in a responsible manner. All of our cosmetic products are supplied with warnings and directions of use instructions on the label. You must adhere to the instructions and use our products only for the intended purpose. None of our products are intended for oral consumption.
17. We reserve the right to modify these terms from time to time at our sole discretion. Therefore, you should review these pages periodically. When we change the Terms in a material manner, we will notify you that material changes have been made to the Terms, Your continued use of the website after any such change constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to any of these terms or any future version of the Terms, do not use or access (or continue to access) the website.

You agree to receive from time to time promotional messages and materials from us by post, email or any other contact form you may provide us with (including your phone number for calls or text messages). If you do not want to receive such promotional materials or notices please notify us at any time.

These Terms, the rights and remedies provided hereunder, and any and all claims and disputes related hereto and/or to the services, shall be governed by, construed under and enforced in all respects solely and exclusively in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any and all such claims and disputes shall be brought in, and you hereby consent to them being decided exclusively by a court of competent jurisdiction located in the United Kingdom.
